Lauren O'Reilly, Pharmacist (BSc, MSc, MPSI), Founder & Speaker
Lauren is a qualified Pharmacist, having qualified in 2021. During her studies, Lauren set up an Instagram page (@dailydoseofginger21) with the goal of dispelling common misconceptions about health and well-being, from physical health and fitness, to mental health. It has evolved to also include details around organisation, motivation and productivity, and tells the story of Lauren's continued journey as the co-founder of a technology company, ProMotion Rewards.
